Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the U.S., ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The Feeling Of Art implements efficient shipping to U.S. residents. Orders have their own tracking number given via e-mail to the customer. Tracking numbers allow you to track the parcel during the shipping period.
Every order is produced and shipped from the United States via trusted USPS, DHL and for most larger sized items UPS. For International orders we mainly use DHL and Fedex now.
Please make sure the correct address is entered when placing an order.
Important: For international orders shipping isn't available for framed prints at the moment due to the size and weight of which greatly increases the shipping cost. All other items are available for free international shipping.
Custom Duties And VAT: For international orders the customer is responsible for all possible custom duties and taxes. Please know your countries import laws before ordering.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, product printing/creation, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes on average 3–5 days.
- Domestic Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to reach their destination in the United States once shipped. Standard shipping times for domestic orders is 3-7 days
- International Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to reach their destination outside of the United States or Internationally. Standard shipping times for International orders is 2-4 weeks on average although sometimes they may take quite a bit longer due to shipping delays and customs delays in the destination country.
- Delays are possible throughout the delivery process due to the global impacts of the corona-virus and delays are possible especially during the holiday shopping season due to the massive influx of shipments the postal services have to handle during that time. Delays are also possible for international orders due to customs clearance and the varying shipping speeds of different countries. We cannot expedite the shipping speed if it is experiencing delays. Once we hand off the package to the postal services it is fully in the control of the postal service so if delays are experienced for any reason we have no control over it so contacting the postal service would provide more answers in that case.
